Qantas Wine accepts product returns for a change of mind or where items were incorrectly shipped, damaged or faulty upon delivery, provided that the member lodges a return request through our Returns Portal within 30 days of receipt. Members must have a sufficient Qantas Points balance to allow for the deduction from their account of any Qantas Points that were awarded in connection with the order being returned and refunded. For change of mind returns, product(s) must be unopened and returned to Qantas in the condition in which it was received by the member. Additional criteria for returns apply.
