If you're not home when your wine is scheduled for delivery, you can choose the 'Authority to Leave' option during checkout. We will share this information with the courier so that they can leave the parcel in a safe location at your delivery address. If there is no safe place to leave the parcel, it will be taken to a nearby Post Office or Hubbed Collection Point (depending on the courier used for your area).
